To withdraw funds, the client must apply. It takes 3 to 5 business days to process the request, which is done automatically.
All trading positions must be closed, and the client's account must be disconnected from the robot system. All bonus funds are forfeited upon withdrawal, so they must be used or refunded before the request can be made.
Once the request has been processed, a scheduled date will be set on which a staff member will contact the client to confirm the withdrawal. The profit will be credited to the card, account, or digital wallet with which the account was activated.
